The TEE Method™ — Transparency, Ethics & Equity — is the strategic framework at its centre, providing leaders with a roadmap for responsible AI adoption.   Beyond writing and academic leadership, Tonisha is the Founder and Executive Director of the Ladies Entrepreneurship Club, operating across 25+ countries. She advises boards, committees, and governmental bodies on AI ethics, trade and economic policy, curriculum development, and institutional transformation.
